Brynnen Crabb, BCNWP
Brynnen created NeuroBody Wellness to help people restore harmony in their bodies by starting at the root—the brain and nervous system.
Her wellness journey began in 2020 when she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification, sparking her passion for helping others feel their best. Since then, Brynnen has expanded her expertise, becoming a certified personal trainer in 2022 and a specialist in exercise therapy in 2023. In April of 2023, she proudly earned her board certification as a Natural Wellness Practitioner through the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners, deepening her commitment to holistic health and empowering others to thrive.
When she’s not helping clients, Brynnen enjoys life on the farm with her husband and their four dogs. She loves baking sourdough, crafting homemade sauerkraut, and soaking up the beauty of nature.

My Approach to Gut Health
When it comes to gut health, I believe in taking a personalized approach that honors your unique body and lifestyle. I don't believe in labeling food as "bad". Instead, I focus on understanding the bigger picture of your wellness- because gut health isn't just about what we eat. It's also about what we consume in our daily lives, from stress levels and emotions to our exercise routines and overall attitudes towards what's going on around us.
In my practice, I emphasize that nutrition can be both budget-friendly and easy to incorporate into your busy life. My goal is to empower you to take control of your health in a way that feels manageable and sustainable, not overwhelming.
I teach you to listen to your body and understand its unique needs through the use of functional lab testing.
This helps me create a plan tailored specifically to you, so you can eat the foods and develop the habits that truly support your well-being. I know from personal experience that when it comes to health and nutrition, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
My approach is about more that just food- it's about creating a balanced, fulfilled lifestyle that nourishes your gut and supports your overall health! You'll discover a deeper understanding of your body and habits- and without rearranging your schedule for Zoom calls. This approach empowers you to take control of your health independently, with guidance that's always accessible and tailored to your busy and beautiful life.
